I want to congratulate you with for your wonderful initiative to clean up the

monumental entrance to Caserma Pepe. It was a shame that such a superb Renaissance portal with a beautiful Marcian Lion should be abandoned and neglected.

It's wonderful to see someone taking care of the Venetian Heritage!

We are Lagunari, former Soldiers of Reggimento Lagunari "Serenissima" of Italian Army. One of the aims of our Association (A.L.T.A.) is to take care of the Heritage of the Soldiers of the Venitian Republic (Fanti da Mar).
