Friends and Soldiers,

from 29 th to 31 st of May 2003 the international military skills competition „Grenadier

2003" will take place in Vienna (AUSTRIA). Comparison under competitive condi-tions

as well as the deepening of relations of friendship among soldiers from different

countries is of special value during this mission.

(professional and reserve forces)

Shooting range at Stammersdorf (Vienna)

4. Team Each team consists of 3 soldiers

(accompanying persons possible)

5. Billeting Van Swieten barracks, Vienna

6. Catering Catering will be provided by organiser

Snacks are available in the foyer

7. Registration Fee € 33,- per person (catering, billeting, drinks and buffet at

closing ceremony)

8. Badges Shooting Badge for Pistol and Rifle from Officers Associa-tion

Vienna, Austrian Sporting Badge, maybe others.

- All teams must be arrived and registered until 6 PM

- Instructions on arms, radio, NBC equipment, and mines (voluntary)

- From 8 PM theoretical tests (first aid, tank-/aviation reconnaissance)

- Social evening

- Relocation to the exercising area at Korneuburg

- March with backpack 8 km / 15 kg

- Social evening

- Archduke Charles Shooting Competition 2003 (Rifle and Pistol), to obtain the

shooting badge of the Officers Association of Vienna

- In the afternoon: City Sightseeing Trip or Sporting Badge examination.

- Possibly meeting with Mayor of Vienna and Military Commander of Vienna.

- Ceremony and closing buffet

- Breakfast

- Departure
